  • gas-fired: (GZ 41,5)
  • at: KGHM Polska Miedź SA in Głogów,on site of Huta Miedzi Głogów EC-3 Głogów.

  Gas and Steam Unit will be a separate, complete power energy facility equipped with all systems
  and circuits necessary to its proper operation, with technologial connections to external facilities
  in scope of:

  • heating output system
  • electricity output system
  • auxiliary steam input system
  • heating water input system for own needs
  • water supply
  • sewage discharge
  • teletechnical installations
  • other necessary systems and technological installationsnecessary for proper functioning of the Gas and Steam Unit.

  In connection with the accepted formula of the turnkey construction contract under General Contractor system, scope of the contract includes:

  • all the design, engineering works
  • all the construction and assembly works
  • all the deliveries and services except for the ones defined in the Excemptions to the subject of the contract that are indispensableso that Gas and Steam Unit reaches the required operating characteristics Guaranteed Technical Specifications
  • operating capacity and safety, even if such elements of construction works, deliveries and services are not specified in the contract.

  • at: KGHM Polska Miedź SA, Polkowice,in the immediate vicinity of the existing EC-2 Polkowice CHP.

  Gas and Steam Unit will be a separate, complete power energy facility equipped with all systems
  and circuits necessary to is proper operation, with technologial connections to external facilities
  in scope of:

  • heating output system
  • electricity output system
  • auxiliary steam input system
  • heating water input system for own needs

  Turbine generators systems
  Implementation years: 2010-2012
  
  Manufacture, assembly, start-up and maintenance of two equal steam turbine units Construction of Gas and Steam Units at Głogów and Polkowice Power Plants.
  
  Scope of the contract includes:

  • execution of: working and as-built design
  • delivery of: steam turbine units steam pressure reducing and cooling stations, pumps,fittings, pipelines, etc.
  • assembly of: turbine generators systems including other devices and installations tests, cold start, hot start including test run.
